Payment Policy:

Although a card is required to hold an appointment, you will NOT be charged in advance (no prepay option). Clients will be asked to pay at the end of their appointment (see “Cancellation Policy” below). We accept cash, card, Apple Pay, VenMo and more!

If you prefer not to enter your card information online to book an appointment, please feel free to do it over the phone by calling us at (503) 432-8569 instead.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand things might arise that prevent a client from making it to their appointment on time. We just kindly ask that clients respectfully notify us about it within 24 hours (preferably no later than 2 hours before your appointment). We also ask that clients arrive on time. Our window for late arrivals is 10 minutes. Arriving later than 10 minutes will be treated like a No Call/No Show.

Failure to reschedule, cancel or call us within the aforementioned time-frame might result in being charged for an appointment, at your barber’s discretion.
